| The grapplers just finished the NVAC meet and qualified eleven wrestlers for the Vermont State Meet. Brandon Rose won first place. Chris Fletcher had his best qualifying meet ever, placing second. Shane Dalziel and Adam Salvatori just missed the finals, losing by one point each in the semi-finals. They were both fourth in their class. Billy Charbonneau and Denis White were also fourth place finishers. Leah Zenaty was fifth and John Pike was sixth in his best for the season. Other qualfiers are Bill Babcock, Kyle Leduc, and Jed Witham. Coach Chris Bissonette said, "We had an excellent meet and placed 5th. We have two weeks to prepare for the state finals and one week to prepare for the jv tournament." |
